I work with clients in two ways: private 1 on 1 training in person and remote training delivered directly to your phone. Private training begins with an assessment session to identify your fitness goals and movement limitations. From there I build a program that targets what matters most, using exercises and strategies that drive real progress while providing hands on coaching and feedback. Remote training follows the same individualized process but is delivered online. You will receive weekly program updates, video analysis, and consistent communication to keep your training sharp and moving in the right direction. Whether in person or remote, the goal is the same, building strength, movement capacity, and durability that carry over to both performance and everyday life.
